知识产权法相关文献的文献计量分析研究

A Bibliometric Analysis of Intellectual Property Law Related Literature

本文笔者将中国知网作为检索文献来源库,对其在2011年到2021年所收录的有关知识产权法的研究文献进行计量分析,检索出核心期刊文献1594篇,在文章的文献引用部分增加了对硕士论文、博士论文的检索。本文从文献增长、期刊分布、发文作者、发文机构、文章词频和文献引用等六个方面对前人的研究进行统计整理,总结了研究现状,探索了知识产权法的研究热点和发展趋势。

In this paper,the author uses CNKI as a search literature source database to conduct a quantitative analysis of the research literature on intellectual property law collected from 2011 to 2021,and 1594 core journal literature are retrieved.The retrieval of master's thesis and doctoral dissertation is added in the document citation part of the paper.This paper makes a statistical arrangement of previous researches from six aspects:document growth,journal distribution,publishing authors,publishing institutions,article word frequency and document citations,summarizes the research status,and explores the research hotspots and development trends of intellectual property law.
