摘要
工业机器人成为推动制造业转型和高质量发展的一个重要驱动力,工业机器人应用对制造业创新影响重大。本研究基于高阶梯队理论,运用2011—2018年沪深A股制造业上市公司数据,研究了工业机器人应用对制造企业探索式创新的影响以及边界条件。研究发现,工业机器人应用对企业探索式创新具有正U形影响,但是这种正U形影响在不同所有制企业间存在差异,在国有企业中显著,在非国有企业中不显著;在两职分离企业中显著,在两职合一企业中不显著。高管技术背景能够强化工业机器人应用对企业探索式创新的正U形影响。高管技术背景的正向调节作用在非国有企业中显著,在国有企业中不显著;在两职合一和两职分离企业中均显著,且在两职合一企业中的影响高于两职分离企业中的影响。本研究丰富了创新和工业机器人应用相关领域的文献,并且为我国制造业的探索式创新和高质量发展提供理论依据。
Industrial robot becomes the important driver for the transformation of manufacturing and high-quality development and its application is of great significance for the innovation of manufacturing.This research,based on the Upper Echelons Theory,applied the data of listed companies of manufacturing in Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares from 2011 to 2018 and studied the effects and boundary conditions of the application of industrial robot in exploratory innovation of manufacturing enterprises.The research found that the influence of the application of industrial robot on corporate exploratory innovation is U-shaped,however,such influence may differ for enterprises of different ownership,which is significant for state-owned enterprises and non-significant for others;and significant for enterprises with separate setting of chairman and general manager and nonsignificant for others.Technical background of senior executive can reinforce the U-shaped influence of the application of industrial robot on corporate exploratory innovation.The positive adjustment of the technical background of senior executive is significant in nonstate-owned enterprises and non-significant in others;and significant in both enterprises with separate and integrated setting of chairman,but the influence in the latter is higher.This research enriches the literature in the area relating to innovation and the application of industrial robot and provides theoretical basis for China’s manufacturing in exploratory innovation and high-quality development.
