自然资源所信息化建设标准化探索

Exploration on standardization for information construction of natural resources institute

江苏省各地区存在信息化水平不均、信息化建设缺乏统筹等问题,为推进自然资源所信息化建设标准化,江苏省国土资源信息中心立足实际,编制自然资源所信息化建设规范。规范体系包括硬件基础、软件运行环境、数据、应用支撑、应用服务5个层面的内容,并针对各层建设实施提出具体要求。选择苏南、苏中、苏北区域中部分地区为自然资源所信息化建设标准化试点,在实践中不断对自然资源所信息化建设规范进行完善,形成可推广的江苏样本,为全国自然资源系统基层信息化建设提供借鉴。

There are problems of uneven informatization level and lack of overall planning among different regions in Jiangsu province.In order to promote standardization for information construction of natural resources institute,Information Center of Land and Resources of Jiangsu province,bases on the actual situation and compiles the standards for information construction of natural resources institute.The standardization system includes five aspects of hardware foundation,software operating environment,data,application support and application service,and specific requirements for the construction and implementation of each aspect are put forward.Some areas in southern,central and northern Jiangsu province have been selected as the pilots of the standardization for information construction.The standardization of natural resources institute information construction is constantly improved in practice and a propagable sample of Jiangsu province is formed.It provides theoretical references for the national natural resources system basic level information construction.
