高校要加强基层党组织建设,强化党建引领,把打造过硬党支部作为党的建设的基础工程来抓。党支部在思想建设、组织建设、作用发挥等方面尚存在不足,通过增强政治底色、严格标准规范、实施精准培育、推进中心融合、提高生机活力和树立线上思维等路径,不断探索提升支部建设质量,为学校“双高建设”事业发展提供坚强保障。
