提升社会服务能力是职业院校的重要职能,也是职业院校提高人才培养质量的重要举措,对加快职业教育发展和促进地方区域经济发展具有重要意义。在“双高”建设背景下渤海船舶职业学院结合职业教育发展的特点和学院自身实际情况,为全面振兴东北老工业基地建设,从师资建设、校企合作、对外培训三个层面对高职院校社会服务能力提升进行了探析,对高职教育实现高质量发展具有重要现实意义。

Improving social service abilities is an important function of vocational colleges, and it is also an important measure for vocational colleges to improve the quality of talents training, which is of great significance for accelerating the development of vocational education and promoting the development of local and regional economies. Under the background of "Double High Plan", and in order to comprehensively revitalize the construction of the old industrial base in Northeast China, Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College combines the characteristics of vocational education development and the actual situation of the college itself, and analyzes the improvement of the social service ability of higher vocational colleges from the three levels of teacher team construction, school-enterprise cooperation and external training, which is of great practical significance for the realization of high-quality development of higher vocational education.
