高职教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育研究——以武汉交通职业学院为例

强化高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育有利于增强教师党支部的组织力。为进一步推进教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育工程,促进党建与业务工作同向同行、同向提升,武汉交通职业学院通过“双带头人”培育工程建设与实践,坚持“两个全面”,采取“一建四融”具体举措,深入推进“双带头人”培育工程建设实践,取得较好效果。

Strengthening the cultivation of "double leaders" of the secretary of the Party branch of teachers in colleges and universities is conducive to enhancing the organizational strength of teachers’ Party branches.
