高职院校作为职业教育的重要组成部分,承担着传承和发展工业文化的重任。阐述了推进高职院校工业文化建设的重要意义,重点从工业文化引领、“三匠”育人理念创新、引入企业管理方式和工业文化氛围营造等视角给出了高职院校工业文化建设路径,效果明显。

As an important part of vocational education,higher vocational colleges undertake the important task of industrial culture inheritance and development.This paper expounds the significance of promoting industrial culture construction in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the construction path from perspectives of leading industrial culture,innovation of“three artisans”education concept,introduction of enterprise management mode and construction of industrial culture atmosphere,the effect of construction is obvious in teaching practice.
