玄武岩纤维复合材料管道在腐蚀性介质中的应用

摘要 本文主要介绍焦化煤气脱硫区域原有不锈钢材质管道更新为玄武岩材质管道。通过硫氨离心机移位、更新材质、板框压滤机材质升级,解决了煤气脱硫提盐区域跑、冒、滴、漏影响生产、造成停机和检修工作量大的问题。 The upgrading from the original stainless steel pipeline to the present basalt fiber composite pipeline in the desulfurization area of coking gas in our department is introduced in this paper.By means of relocation of thiamine centrifuge,pipeline’s material upgrading,material upgrading of plate-and-frame filter press,the problem that the running,dripping,leakage of gas and liquid media influence production and cause downtime and workload in coal-gas desulfurization and salt extraction area in our department is solved.
