阿胶产品质量研究

本文检验药品阿胶和阿胶珠产品质量,并对保健食品阿胶及阿胶糕的产品质量进行随行检查,探讨2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》对阿胶产品质量的控制情况。测定结果显示,50批药品阿胶及阿胶珠产品全部合格;17批食品(保健品)阿胶样品有4批未检出阿胶成分,掺杂猪皮、牛皮成分;19批阿胶糕样品有14批掺杂非驴皮源成分,1批阿胶糕样品铬含量超过限度要求。整体药品阿胶产品质量状况较好,未发现掺伪造假情况;食品(保健食品)阿胶及阿胶糕总体质量状况较差,需要引起生产企业和监管部门的重视。

This paper examines the product quality of donkey-hide gelatin and to discuss the quality control of gelatin products since the implementation of the new edition of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China.The results show that all 50 batches of donkey-hide gelatin products are qualified.4 batches of 17 batches of food(health care products)do not detect donkey-hide ingredients,including mixed pig skin and cow skin ingredients.14 of 19 batches of gelatin cake samples are mixed with non-donkey skin ingredients.1 batch of gelatin cake sample chromium exceed the limit.The product quality of drug donkey-hide gelatin is good,and no adulteration is found.Food(health food)donkey-hide gelatin and donkey-hide gelatin cake overall quality is poor,need to cause the attention of manufacturers and regulatory departments.
