摘要
采用吹扫捕集-气相色谱/质谱法测定地表水中的丁基黄原酸,方法检出限为0.04μg/L,在0.2~20.0μg/L内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9992。高、中、低浓度样品测定相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.98%、1.40%、0.97%,相对误差(RE)分别为4.00%、1.75%、2.00%。本方法简单快速,前处理无有机试剂,满足现有地表水检测标准要求。
The detection method of butyl xanthate in surface water is carried out by purge and trap gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.The determination limit of this method is 0.04μg/L.The linear relationship is good over the range of 0.2~20.0μg/L,and the correlation coefficient is 0.9992.The relative standard deviations(RSD)of six parallel measurements of high,medium and low concentration samples is 2.98%,1.40%and 0.97%,and the relative errors(RE)are 4.00%,1.75%and 2.00%,respectively.The method is simple and rapid,and no organic reagentsare introduced in the pretreatment,which meet the requirements of surface water detection standards.
