从环境保护角度浅议煤化工工艺技术

Brief Discussion on Coal Chemical Technology from the Perspective of Environmental Protection

随着“绿水青山就是金山银山”环保理念的逐步落实,煤化工行业的污染控制要求日益严格。通过对煤化工行业环境污染现状的分析,发现我国煤化工行业的废水、废气处理技术较为落后,环保工艺技术有待突破。本文从控制煤化工企业生产源头污染、树立煤化工废水处理全流程控制理念两个方面,提出了煤化工环保思路和节水减排方案。从优化利用煤层气及焦炉煤气,推动煤焦油深度加工技术应用两个角度研究煤化工环保工艺技术,提高煤化工企业生产力,增强我国煤化工企业的可持续发展能力。

With the gradual implementation of the environmental protection concept of“lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”,the pollution situation of the coal chemical industry has also been gradually controlled.Through the analysis of the current situation of environmental pollution in the coal chemical industry,it is found that the wastewater and waste gas treatment technology in the development of coal chemical industry in China is relatively backward,and the environmental protection technology needs to be broken through.From the two aspects of controlling the production source pollution of coal chemical enterprises and establishing the whole process control concept of coal chemical wastewater treatment,this paper puts forward the idea of environmental protection of coal chemical industry,maintains the energy structure in combination with the actual situation of coal chemical production,formulates the water-saving and emission reduction scheme of coal chemical production,and adjusts the balance between energy and environment.From the perspective of optimizing the utilization of coalbed methane and coke oven gas,and promoting the application of coal tar deep processing technology,the environmental protection technology of coal chemical industry is studied,so as to improve the productivity of coal chemical enterprises and enhance the sustainable development ability of coal chemical enterprises in my country.
