YKL-40在儿童呼吸系统疾病中的研究进展

摘要 YKL-40作为一种新型炎症因子,因其具有多种生物学功能,在儿童多系统基础及临床研究中广泛应用。既往对它的研究主要集中于关节炎、恶性肿瘤及肝硬化等多种慢性疾病,而近期的相关研究表明,YKL-40在呼吸系统疾病中参与重要的作用。因此,研究YKL-40在呼吸系统疾病中的作用机制,可能为呼吸系统疾病寻找到有效的治疗靶点,进而为其诊断、治疗等提供新思路。本文现对YKL-40与小儿部分呼吸系统疾病的近期研究进展作一简要综述。
