国产腹腔内窥镜手术机器人辅助显微输精管吻合术的动物实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探索国产内窥镜手术机器人系统行输精管吻合术的可行性、有效性及安全性。方法:选取3~4月龄、体重350~450 g的健康SD雄性大鼠12只,应用随机数字法按体重配伍随机分配至实验组与对照组,每组6只。实验组应用机器人辅助技术、对照组应用显微镜技术行输精管吻合术。记录两组吻合手术时间、术中不良事件(断线、弯针)、术者操作感受等指标。结果:手术均顺利完成,两组术后吻合口通畅率均达100%。实验组需对接,手术时间较长,术中弯针、断线等情况发生率较高,但术者术后评价操作感受优于对照组。结论:国产内窥镜手术机器人辅助输精管吻合术安全、可行、有效,可明显降低术者传统显微手术的疲劳感。 Objective:To explore the feasibility,effectiveness and safety of robot-assisted vasovasostomy with a domestic e ndoscopic surgical robot system.Methods:Twelve healthy SD male rats aged 3-4 months and weighing 350-450 g were randomly a ssigned to the experimental group(n=6)and the control group(n=6)according to their body weight.The experimental group was treated with robot-assisted technique,and the control group was treated with vasovasostomy with microscope technique.The operation time,intraoperative adverse events(thread breakage,needle bending)and the operator's feeling were recorded.Results:All the operations were s uccessfully completed,and the postoperative anastomotic patency rates in both groups were 100%.In the experimental group,the robotic system needed to be docked,the operation time was longer,and the incidence of needle bending and thread breakage was higher.The postoperative evaluation of the operator in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.Conclusions:The domestic endoscopic surgical robot-assisted vasovasostomy is safe,feasible and effective.It can significantly reduce the f atigue of traditional microsurgery,and can be used as an alternative to traditional microscopic vasovasostomy.
