摘要
针对西安地铁3号线车站暗挖通道负距离下穿自来水阀门井问题,采用在暗挖通道弧形拱顶增设平直段的方法,对通道断面形式进行方案设计及数值分析,并提出暗挖通道下穿阀门井施工优化设计思路及方案。研究结果表明:采用所提出的优化方案可以保持通道弧形拱顶主体形状,结构受力合理并能降低施工风险;未发现施工中的自来水泄漏情况,隧道内变形满足要求;给水管及阀门井变形均达到设计目标。
Targeting the problem of Xi′an Metro Line 3 station underground-excavated passage under-passing water valve chamber in negative distance, the method of adding straight section on arc vault of the underground-excavated passage is adopted to conduct scheme design and numerical analysis of passage cross-section form. Optimization design idea and scheme for construction of the underground-excavated passage under-passing valve chamber are put forward. Research results show that by adopting the mentioned optimization scheme, the main arc vault shape of the tunnel is maintained, the structure stress is reasonable, and construction risk is reduced. No water leakage was found during construction, and the deformation in the tunnel met the requirements. The deformation of water supply pipe and valve chamber both reached the design target.
