摘要
针对宁波轨道交通1号线二期列车在制动过程中的滑行故障数据进行分析,介绍了牵引防滑、电制动防滑和气制动防滑的原理,研究了防滑保护启用后,列车制动距离较长的问题。基于优化后的制动系统软件提高了防滑效率,并最终获得了符合制动距离要求的最优防滑控制软件版本。
The data of Ningbo Rail Transit Line 1 phase II train skidding failure during braking process is analyzed, and the principle of traction anti-skid, electric braking anti-skid and air braking anti-skid is introduced. The problem of long braking distance after anti-skid protection being enabled is studied. Braking system software improves anti-skid efficiency after optimization, and the optimal anti-skid control software version applicable to braking distance requirement is finally obtained.
