生物信息反馈红外治疗仪治疗脑梗死后偏瘫的临床研究

摘要 目的 研究生物信息反馈红外治疗仪治疗脑梗死后偏瘫的临床效果。方法 80例脑梗死后偏瘫患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用生物信息反馈红外治疗仪治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、运动功能评分量表(FMA)评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分及治疗效果。结果 治疗后,两组患者NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组患者NIHSS评分(4.25±1.67)分低于对照组的(11.38±6.16)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者FMA评分及BBS评分高于治疗前,且观察组患者FMA评分(77.35±8.94)分及BBS评分(40.43±6.11)分高于对照组的(62.15±9.66)、(33.25±5.27)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对脑梗死后偏瘫患者应用生物信息反馈红外治疗仪治疗,可明显改善患者运动功能、神经功能及平衡功能,也可有效提高临床治疗效果,值得推广。 Objective To study the clinical effect of bio-information feedback infrared therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of hemiplegia after cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 80 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional methods, and the observation group was treated with bioinformation feedback infrared therapeutic apparatus on the basis of the control group. The National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS) score, Fugl-Meyer motor assessment(FMA) score, Berg balance scale(BBS)score before and after treatment, and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment, and the NIHSS score(4.25±1.67) points of the observation group was lower than(11.38±6.16) points of the control group. All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the FMA score and BBS score of the two groups were higher than those of this group before treatment, and the FMA score(77.35±8.94) points and the BBS score(40.43±6.11) points of the observation group were higher than(62.15±9.66) and(33.25±5.27) points of the control group. All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 82.50% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of bio-information feedback infrared therapeutic apparatus for hemiplegia patients after cerebral infarction can significantly improve the patient’s motor function,neurological function, balance function, as well as the clinical effect, which is worthy of promotion.
