多环节管理在高血压患者合理用药中的效果及可行性分析

Effect and feasibility analysis of multi-link management in rational drug use in hypertensive patients

目的 分析高血压患者采用多环节管理对其合理用药的影响。方法 80例高血压患者,以数字抽签法分为实验组与参照组,各40例。实验组采取多环节管理,参照组采取常规管理。对比两组临床相关评分、不合理用药发生率。结果 实验组降压药知识掌握程度、合理用药认知、生活质量评分分别为(93.56±3.62)、(94.51±2.75)、(94.52±3.16)分,均高于参照组的(84.16±3.06)、(81.67±4.16)、(85.55±4.42)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的不合理用药发生率为7.50%,低于参照组的27.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在高血压患者临床用药期间采用多环节管理能提升患者对疾病、用药的知识掌握度,降低不合理用药发生率,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of multi-link management in rational drug use in hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 80 hypertensive patients were divided into experimental group and reference group by digital lottery, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group adopted multilink management, and the reference group adopted conventional management. The clinical related score and the incidence of irrational drug use were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of knowledge of antihypertensive drugs, cognition of rational drug use, and quality of life in the experimental group were(93.56±3.62),(94.51±2.75), and(94.52±3.16) points, which were higher than(84.16±3.06),(81.67±4.16),and(85.55±4.42) points in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of irrational drug use in the experimental group was 7.50%, which was lower than 27.50% in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of multi-link management during the clinical medication of hypertensive patients can improve the patient’s knowledge of the disease and medication, reduce the incidence of irrational drug use, and is worthy of promotion.
