小胶质细胞在帕金森病伴抑郁模型中的研究进展

摘要 随着人口老龄化及环境因素的影响,帕金森病发病率呈逐渐上升趋势,已成为继阿尔茨海默病后的第二大神经系统退行性疾病,而与之伴随的非运动症状严重影响患者生活质量。本文综合分析了帕金森病伴抑郁的发病机制及最新研究进展,浅析小胶质细胞及炎症小体NLRP3介导的炎症反应在帕金森病抑郁模型中的重要作用,并关注到micRNA-7在帕金森病伴抑郁的炎症机制中的调控作用。希望可以更深入了解炎症机制在帕金森病中的作用,为解决帕金森病及伴随症状等难题提供帮助。 With the aging of population and the influence of environmental factors,the incidence of Parkinson's disease is gradually increasing.Parkinson's disease has become the second major neurodegenerative disease after Alzheimer's disease,and the accompanying non-motor symptoms seriously affect the quality of life of patients.In this paper,we comprehensively analyzed the pathogenesis and recent research progress of Parkinson's disease with depression,briefly analyzed the important role of NLRP3-mediated inflammatory response by microglia and inflammatiome in Parkinson's disease with depression model,and paid attention to the regulatory role of micRNA-7 in the inflammatory mechanism of Parkinson's disease with depression.We hope to have a deeper understanding of the role of inflammatory mechanism in Parkinson's disease and provide help to solve the difficult problems of Parkinson's disease and its concomitant symptoms.
