共生视角下两岸对外汉语教育共同体构建研究 被引量:1

摘要 大陆的国际中文教育和台湾地区的“华语文教育”同为中华语言和文化传播的重要载体。以共生理论为研究视角和分析框架,分析构建两岸对外汉语教育共同体的共生条件,考察共生单元、共生模式、共生环境等三个系统要素,探寻阻碍两岸对外汉语教育共同体构建的反向环境的成因和影响,提出建议:建立数据库、加强院系合作、成立专业学会以稳固两岸对外汉语教育共生单元,搭建长效交流机制、加强教师培养领域合作、建立产业联盟以完善两岸对外汉语教育共生界面,强化对外汉语教育标准化建设、提升科技含量、加强与欧美高校合作交流、支持海外华人华侨开展中文推广活动来优化两岸对外汉语教育共生环境。在此基础上,两岸共同推进对外汉语教育共同体构建,超越分歧、聚同化异,通过寻求共同价值、实现优势互补,推动中文和中华文化的国际传播。 Teaching Chinese as a foreign language(TCFL) on both sides of the Straits is essential for the spread of the Chinese language and culture. Adopting the analytical framework of symbiosis theory, this paper analyzes the symbiosis conditions, unit, mode and environment for constructing a cross-Straits Chinese as a foreign language education community. It also attempts to study the causes and influences of the reverse environment that hinder the construction of a cross-Straits Chinese as a foreign language education community. It proposes to establish a database, strengthen cooperation between schools and departments, and establish an association to stabilize the symbiotic unit of the cross-Straits Chinese as a foreign language education. It also suggests improving the symbiotic interface of cross-Straits Chinese as a foreign language education by establishing a long-term exchange mechanism, strengthening cooperation in the field of teacher training, and creating industrial alliances. In addition, the optimization of the Chinese as a foreign language education symbiotic environment requires the improvement of standards, enhancement of scientific and technological contents, collaboration with Europe and United States colleges, as well as efforts to encourage overseas Chinese to spread the Chinese language. Overall, the construction of cross-Straits Chinese as a foreign language education community necessitates the transcendence of differences, reinforcement of the commonalities and accommodation of variances, as well as attempts to seek common values and concerted efforts to promote the international spread of Chinese language and culture.
