虚拟厨房上肢康复训练联合常规作业治疗对脑卒中上肢偏瘫康复的临床疗效

摘要 目的:研究行虚拟厨房上肢康复训练联合常规作业治疗脑卒中恢复期患者上肢偏瘫功能康复的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年7月-2020年2月在杭州特勤疗养中心收治的脑卒中恢复期上肢偏瘫功能障碍患者64例,按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各32例。对照组给予常规作业方式治疗,观察组在常规作业方式治疗的基础上给予虚拟厨房上肢康复训练。对比两组患者治疗前后的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表上肢的部分(FMA-UE)、卒中患者运动功能评估量表上肢的部分(MAS-UE)以及改良Barthel指数(MBI)进行评定统计,同时比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组FMA-UE、MAS-UE以及MBI评分的各项数据均优于治疗前,且观察组治疗前后差值优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中恢复期患者上肢偏瘫功能康复行虚拟厨房上肢康复训练联合常规训练,能够更好地改善患者偏瘫上肢的运动能力,提高患者日常自理活动的能力。 Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of virtual kitchen upper limb rehabilitation training combined with routine operation therapy on the functional rehabilitation of hemiplegic upper limbs in convalescent stroke patients.Methods:A total of 64 patients with hemiplegic upper limb dysfunction in the convalescent stage of stroke treated in Healthcare Center for Special Services,Hangzhou from July 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine operation mode,and the observation group was treated with virtual kitchen upper limb rehabilitation training on the basis of routine operation mode.The Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale for upper extremity(FMA-UE),the Motor Assessment Scale for upper extremity(MAS-UE)and the modified Barthel index(MBI)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment for evaluation and statistics.The treatment effects of the two groups were also compared.Results:After treatment,the data of FMA-UE,MAS-UE and MBI scores in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the difference before and after treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the functional rehabilitation of hemiplegic upper limbs in convalescent stroke patients,the virtual kitchen upper limb rehabilitation training combined with routine training can better improve the motor ability of hemiplegic upper limbs and enhance the ability of daily self care activities of patients.
