浮针联合上肢机器人对脑卒中后肢体功能障碍患者的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Floating Needle Combined with Upper Limb Robot in Patients with Limb Dysfunction After Stroke

目的:分析浮针联合上肢机器人治疗脑卒中后肢体功能障碍的临床效果。方法:选取2021年8月-2022年3月韶关市中医院收治的脑卒中后肢体功能障碍患者120例为观察对象,以抽签信封法分为对照组与观察组,各60例。两组患者均给予神经内科基础治疗与痉挛肢体康复训练,对照组给予普通针刺法+针刺八邪法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上开展浮针联合上肢机器人治疗,观察两组患者治疗情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组美国国立卫生院卒中量表评分、日常生活活动评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组改良日常生活活动能力评定评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表优于较对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组关节活动度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:浮针联合上肢机器对脑卒中后肢体功能障碍患者症状改善具有显著效果,提升患者肢体功能与活动能力,强化生活质量,有助于患者及早恢复健康。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of floating needle combined with upper limb robot in the treatment of poststroke limb dysfunction.Methods:A total of 120 patients with poststroke limb dysfunction who were admitted to Shaoguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group by drawing lots and envelopes method,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in two groups were given basic neurology treatment and spastic limb rehabilitation training.The control group was given ordinary acupuncture+acupuncture eight evils method,and the observation group was given floating acupuncture combined with upper limb robot treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect of patients in the two groups was observed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score and the scores of activities of daily living in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of modified activities of daily living and Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the joint range of motion score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Floating acupuncture combined with upper limb machine has a significant effect on symptom improvement in patients with poststroke limb dysfunction,improves limb function and mobility,enhances quality of life,and helps patients recover early.
