中药熏蒸联合前屈滚腰法治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄症的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Chinese Herbal Fumigation Combined with Forward Bending and Rolling Waist Method in Treatment of Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

目的:分析中药熏蒸联合前屈滚腰法治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄症的临床效果。方法:选取2020年6月-2022年6月广东药科大学附属第二医院收治的退变性腰椎管狭窄症患者48例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组及对照组,各24例。对照组给予针刺、非甾体消炎药及中药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药熏蒸联合前屈滚腰法治疗,对比两组治疗效果、视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分明显下降,观察组评分低于对照组,两组JOA评分明显提升,观察组评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:退变性腰椎管狭窄症的患者采用中药熏蒸联合前屈滚腰法治疗效果显著,有助于缓解患者疼痛,改善腰椎功能。

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with forward bending and rolling waist method in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods: A total of 48 patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, with 24 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture, non-steroidal anti inflammatory drugs and traditional Chinese medicine. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal fumigation combined with forward bending and rolling waist method. The treatment effect, visual analog scale (VAS) score for pains and Japanese Orthopedic Association scale (JOA) score were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased, the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the JOA scores of the two groups were significantly improved, and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis, Chinese herbal fumigation combined with forward bending and rolling waist method has a significant effect. It helps relieve pain and improve lumbar spine function.
