银杏内酯注射液治疗高危非致残性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Ginkgolide Injection in Treatment of High-Risk Nondisabling Ischemic Stroke Patients

目的:分析银杏内酯注射液治疗高危非致残性缺血性脑卒中(HR-NIS)患者的临床效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2021年6月梅州市第二中医医院收治的HR-NIS患者76例为观察对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组施行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予银杏内酯注射液。对比两组患者总体疗效、日常生活活动能力量表(BI)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率、用药后BI评分、NIHSS评分、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平、不良反应等均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:现代临床常规治疗HR-NIS患者过程中加用银杏内酯注射液的疗效确切,可以减轻患者体内炎性因子水平,改善神经功能,减少不良反应,提高患者生活质量,保证患者临床治疗安全。

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of ginkgolide injection in treating patients with high-risk nondisabling ischemic stroke (HR-NIS). Methods: From June 2019 to June 2021, 76 HR-NIS patients enrolled in Meizhou Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as observation objects. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was given ginkgolide injection on the basis of the control group. The overall efficacy, activities of daily living (BI) score, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate, BI score, NIHSS score, hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α levels and adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of adding ginkgolide injection in the modern clinical routine treatment of HR-NIS patients is definite. It can reduce the level of inflammatory factors in vivo, improve neurological function, reduce adverse reactions, improve the quality of life of patients, and ensure the safety of clinical treatment.
