活血舒筋酊在膝关节退行性变中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Huoxue Shujin Tincture in Knee Joint Degeneration

目的:分析活血舒筋酊治疗膝关节退行性变患者的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月山东省文登整骨烟台医院创伤三科收治的膝关节退行性变患者476例为观察对象,依据随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各238例。对照组予以常规西药治疗(双氯芬酸钠缓释片),观察组予以活血舒筋酊治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、症状改善时间、膝关节功能、疼痛程度、D-二聚体水平以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组膝关节疼痛、肿胀缓解及功能改善时间短于对照组,治疗后,Lysholm评分、膝关节活动度差值及髌骨活动度差值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后3 d、7 d、10 d疼痛程度评分低于对照组,D-二聚体水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:活血舒筋酊治疗膝关节退行性变患者效果显著,可明显改善膝关节功能,减轻膝关节疼痛、肿胀症状,缩短症状持续时间,降低D-二聚体水平,安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Huoxue Shujin tincture in treatment of patients with knee joint degeneration.Methods:A total of 476 patients with knee joint degeneration who were admitted to Third Division of Trauma,Yantai Hospital of Shandong Wendeng Orthopaedics and Traumatology from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the observation objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 238 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine(Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-Release Tablets)and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Shujin tincture.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,knee joint function,pain degree,D-Dimer levels and incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the time of knee joint pain,swelling and function improvement in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,after treatment,Lysholm score,the differences of knee joint range of motion and patella range of motion were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 3 days,7 days and 10 days after treatment,and the D dimer level was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of Huoxue Shujin tincture for knee joint degeneration patients is remarkable.It can significantly improve knee joint function,reduce knee joint pain and swelling symptoms,shorten the duration of symptoms,and reduce the level of D-dimer,with high safety.
