健康教育在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Health Education in Nursing Care of Diabetic Patients

目的:分析健康教育在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1-12月重庆市荣昌区人民医院收治的临床糖尿病患者56例为观察对象,采用随机数表法分成观察组和对照组,各28例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加入健康教育。比较两组患者血糖控制情况,出院后进行健康教育评价。结果:干预后,观察组空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组健康维护行为评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在糖尿病患者进行护理的过程中,加入健康教育,能够提升患者对相关知识的了解,帮助患者控制血糖,促进健康行为,减少医疗费用。

Objective: To analyze the application effect of health education in the nursing of diabetic patients. Methods: A total of 56 patients with clinical diabetes admitted to People′s Hospital of Rongchang District in Chongqing from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the observation objects and were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method, with 28 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received health education on the basis of routine nursing. The blood glucose control of patients in the two groups was compared, and health education evaluation was conducted after discharge. Results: After the intervention, the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The health maintenance behavior score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the process of nursing care of diabetic patients, adding health education can improve patients′ understanding of relevant knowledge, help patients control blood glucose, promote healthy behaviors, and reduce medical expenses.
