黄莪胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎/盆腔疼痛综合征的疗效观察

Efficacy of Huang’e capsule on chronic prostatitis/pelvic pain syndrome

目的 评价黄莪胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎/盆腔疼痛综合征(chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome,CP/CPPS)的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年6月至2021年12月就诊杭州市第三人民医院泌尿外科的96例CP/CPPS患者,服用黄莪胶囊,3次/d,4片/次,治疗8周,使用慢性前列腺炎症状指数(National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom index,NIH-CPSI)对患者治疗前、治疗4周及8周后进行量化评分,并记录治疗前后前列腺液中白细胞计数和服药后的不良反应情况。结果 治疗后,96例CP/CPPS患者中,临床治愈10例(10.42%),显效42例(43.75%),有效32例(33.33%),无效12例(12.50%),总有效率87.50%。所有患者治疗后NIH-CPSI总评分、疼痛评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分及前列腺液中白细胞计数与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗期间未出现治疗相关的不良事件。结论 黄莪胶囊治疗CP/CPPS疗效较好,能有效缓解患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,安全有效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huang’e capsule on chronic prostatitis/pelvic pain syndrome(CP/CPPS). Methods A total of 96 CP/CPPS patients admitted to the Department of Urology of the Third People’s Hospital of Hangzhou from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected. They were treated with Huang’e capsule 3 times a day, 4 tablets a time, for 8 weeks. National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI) scale was used to quantitatively score the patients before treatment, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment. The white blood cell count in prostatic fluid before and after treatment and the adverse reactions after treatment were recorded. Results After treatment, among 96 CP/CPPS patients, 10 cases(10.42%) were clinically cured, 42 cases(43.75%) were significantly effective, 32 cases(33.33%) were effective and 12 cases(12.50%) were ineffective, with a total effective rate of 87.50%. NIH-CPSI total score, pain score, urination symptom score, quality of life score and white blood cell count in prostatic fluid of all patients were significantly different after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.001). There were no treatment-related adverse events during the treatment. Conclusion Huang’e capsule has a good curative effect on CP/CPPS, which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients, and is safe and effective.
