防哮膏穴位贴敷结合推拿在小儿咳嗽中的应用

Application of anti-xiao paste acupoint application combined with massage in children with cough

目的 探讨芥子防哮膏穴位贴敷结合推拿在小儿咳嗽中的应用效果及对中医证候积分的影响。方法 选取2020年2月至2022年2月浙江大学医学院附属第二医院收治的咳嗽患儿92例,采用随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,每组各46例。两组均给予常规治疗和常规护理7d,对照组给予推拿干预,实验组在对照组的基础上联合芥子防哮膏穴位贴敷干预,以7d为1疗程。比较两组患儿治疗7d后的临床总有效率、中医证候积分、血清炎症因子、免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgE)水平。结果 干预7d后,实验组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的(咳嗽、咳痰、食欲减退、大便不调)中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)、白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-6水平低于对照组、IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组IgG水平高于对照组、IgE水平低于对照组(P<0.05),两组IgA水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在小儿咳嗽中应用芥子防哮膏穴位贴敷结合推拿能减轻炎症反应,增强机体免疫功能,促进患儿康复。

Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application of mustard seed anti-xiao ointment combined with massage on children’s cough and the effect on TCM syndrome score. Methods A total of 92 children with cough admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into experimental group and reference group with 46 cases in each group by random number table method. Both groups were given routine treatment and routine care for 7 days, and the massage intervention was given in the control group. The experimental group combined the mustard anti ointment acupoint application intervention on the control group, with 7 d as 1 course. The total clinical response rate, TCM syndrome score, serum inflammatory factors and immune globular function(IgA, IgG, IgE) levels were compared between the two groups after 7 days. Results After 7 days of intervention, the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The TCM syndrome score of the experimental group(cough, expectoration, loss of appetite, irregular stool) was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The levels of tumor necrosis factor -α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) were lower than those of the control group, while the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10) were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). IgG level in experimental group was higher than that the control group, IgE level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in IgA level between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application of mustard seed anti-xiao cream combined with massage can reduce inflammatory response, enhance immune function and promote the rehabilitation of children with cough.
