基于博弈实战模拟平台的混合式教学模式研究——以“酒店收益管理”课程为例

摘要 针对当前本科教育中混合式教学应用存在的问题,以建构主义理论为指导,探讨混合式教学模式在“酒店收益管理”课程中的教学实践,从前端设计、教学过程设计和评价设计三个方面构建基于博弈实战模拟平台的混合式教学模式,通过学生成绩、调查问卷和学生访谈三种方式对教学效果进行检验。结果表明,该教学模式取得了较好的学习效果和学生满意度。 In view of the problems existing in the application of hybrid teaching in current undergraduate education,under the guidance of constructivism,this paper discusses the teaching practice of hybrid teaching in the course of Hotel Revenue Management,and constructs a hybrid teaching model based on the actual combat simulation platform from three aspects:front-end design,teaching process design and evaluation design.The teaching effect is tested in three ways:student achievement,questionnaire and student interview.The results show that the teaching model has achieved good learning effect and student satisfaction.
