Analysis on Key Factors in Design and Manufacture of Pulp Storage Towers

储浆塔是制浆造纸工厂常用的非标设备,对储浆塔设计、制安关键要素掌控程度决定了储浆塔的质量。本文以容积1500 m^(3)储浆塔为例,依据多年储浆塔设计、制安经验,解析其设计、制安关键要素,并就储浆塔采用不锈钢复合板和碳钢内衬不锈钢板两种不同材料的制安形式的关键要素对比,分析其优劣势,为同类项目建设提供技术借鉴。

Pulp storage tower is a common non-standard pulp storage equipment in pulp and paper mills.The control degree of the key factors in the design and manufacture of the tower determines the success or failure of the project.Taking 1500 m^(3)storage tower as an example,based on many years of experience,the key factors in design and manufacture of storage tower were analyzed,the comparison of key elements between storage tower made of stainless steel plastic composite panel and carbon steel lined stainless steel plate was made,in which the advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.It can provide technical reference to similar projects.
