摘要
通过对某散货船在海损事故后的修理过程进行具体说明,介绍了该船在货舱区域的大面积海损,包括因为海损原因导致船舶在严重中拱、结构褶皱变形的情况下,使用气囊顶升方法损坏分段,以及使用气囊顶升工艺修复结构变形褶皱,并对该工艺方法进行了总结。对比常规船坞起浮修理的方法,该工艺方法大大缩短了船舶的修理周期,提高了修理质量,是船舶修理的又一个创新。
Through illustrating the bulk carrier in marine accident after the repair process in details,we introduced the large area sea damage of the ship in the cargo hold area,including the situation of the deformation of ship with arch,structure fold in severe cases caused by sea damage reasons.Though using airbag jack-up method for damaging the sections,and with the airbag jack-up technique,we repaired structure deformation fold,at the same time,the process was summarized.Compared with the conventional dock floating repair method,this process method greatly shortened the ship repair cycle and improved the repair quality,which was another innovation in ship repair.
