一种轻型防弹防爆复合材料方舱成型工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 复合材料因其质轻、高强度而被广泛应用,复合材料制品种类及其制造工艺也在不断创新。为了满足现代战场的需求,研制了一种轻量化防弹防爆复合材料方舱,方舱采用功能层与结构承载层一体化集成设计,去掉了通常方舱壁板中的龙骨架等。通过对复合材料方舱的结构特征和工艺性进行分析,确定复合材料方舱采用一体化工艺成型技术成型。并对舱体成型模具设计、舱体铺层设计、真空导入工艺、舱体连接组合方式等过程做了详细的阐述。通过优化工艺方法,采用二次真空导入工艺,成功解决了防弹板与复合材料方舱共固化的问题。该工艺也为高性能、多功能复合材料方舱的研制提供了方法参考。 The composite material was widely used because of its light weight and high strength,and the types of composite materials and their manufacturing processes also have been constantly innovating.In order to meet the demands of modern warfare,a lightweight bulletproof and explosion-proof composite shelter was developed.The shelter adopted the integrated design of the functional layer and the structural bearing layer,and the dragon skeleton in the usual shelter wall panels was removed.By analyzing the structural characteristics and manufacturability of the composite shelter,it was determined that the composite shelter was manufactured by the integrated process forming technology.The design of the shelter forming mold and the shelter layer,the vacuum introduction process,the connection and the combination of the shelter and other processes were described in details.Through optimizing process method,the secondary vacuum introduction process was adopted,which successfully solved the problem of co-curing of the bulletproof plate and the composite material shelter.This process also provided a method reference for the development of high-performance and multi-functional composite shelters.
