摘要
传统方舱照明设计快捷简单,一般从功能性出发,根据经验值选配和布置灯具,解决舱内照明有无问题,并不开展舱内照度计算,很少考虑舱内人员视觉舒适性。以某军用方舱为例,详细介绍舱内照明系统设计流程,并对舱内照明质量展开定量分析研究。首先从满足舱内人员视觉舒适性的照度值出发,搭建方舱三维模型,随后开展灯具选型、数量确认和灯具布局设计,采用“利用系数法”计算工作面的平均照度值,结果满足舱内照度指标要求。针对军用方舱特殊性,提出应急照明和防空照明解决方案,满足供电故障时舱内应急照明和夜间防空照明需求。最后通过仪器实地测量某军用方舱内工作面照度值,测量结果与计算值基本吻合,进一步验证了设计方案的准确性。
The traditional shelter lighting design was fast and simple,the lamps were selected and arranged according to the empirical value starting and starting from the functionality,which only solved the problem of lighting in the cabin,did not carry out the calculation of illumination in the cabin,and rarely considered the visual comfort of cabin personnel.Took a military shelter for example,we introduced the design process of cabin lighting system in details,and carried out quantitative analysis and research on the quality of cabin lighting.Firstly,starting from the illumination value meeting the visual comfort of the cabin personnel,we built the 3D model of the shelter,and then carried out the lamp selection,quantity confirmation and lamp layout design.The utilization coefficient method was used to calculate the average illumination value of the working face,and the final results met the requirements of the illumination index in the cabin.According to the particularity of military shelters,the solutions of emergency lighting and air defense lighting were proposed to meet the requirements of emergency lighting and night air defense lighting in the cabin in case of power supply failure.Finally,the illumination value of the working face in a military shelter was measured by the instrument,and the measured results were basically consistent with the calculated values,which further verified the accuracy of the design scheme.
