摘要
目前,国产无槽电机大多为小功率无槽电机,而且技术水平较低,效率低,成本高,性能差。在一些高精尖机电系统中,一直依赖于进口国外无槽电机。因此,针对高端机电产品对无槽无刷直流电机的需求开展研制工作,采用理论计算与仿真分析相结合的方法进行设计,制作了样机,并完成了性能测试。结果表明,该无槽无刷直流电机性能优越,达到国际先进技术水平。相关工作具有理论意义与实际应用价值,为国产无槽无刷直流电机的研制提供了参考和依据,并且对提高国内机电产品的技术竞争力具有积极意义,同时相关研究工作填补了大功率国产无槽无刷直流电机的空白。
Nowadays,homemade coreless motors mostly belonged to low power coreless motors,which had the problems of low technical level,low efficiency,high cost,and poor performance.Coreless motors manufactured abroad always relied on import in some high-grade electromechanical system.So aimed at the requirements of high-grade electromechanical products for coreless brushless DC motors,the research was conducted,we designed and made prototypes combined theoretical calculation and simulation analysis,and finished performance test.The results showed that the coreless brushless DC motor had superior performance,which achieved the international advanced technological level.The related work had theoretical significance and practical application value,which provided reference and basis for the development of homemade coreless brushless DC motors.It had positive meaning for promoting technological competitiveness of homemade mechanical and electrical products,at the same time,the related research work supplied a gap for high-power homemade coreless brushless DC motors.
