孕妇选择椎管内分娩镇痛时机的最佳证据总结

Summary of the best evidence for the timing of intraspinal labor analgesia in pregnant women

目的:评价与总结孕妇选择椎管内分娩镇痛时机的最佳证据。方法:检索the Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、ScienceDirect、Up To Date、澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健数据库、国际指南协作网(GIN)、谷歌学术、中国知网(CNKI)、万方(WanFang Database)、医脉通等数据库发表的所有国内外与分娩镇痛选择时机相关的临床决策、临床指南、证据总结、专家共识、系统评价,检索时限均从建库至2021年12月。然后对文献质量进行评价和资料提取,对符合质量标准的文献进行证据提取。结果:共纳入8篇符合标准的文献,其中2篇指南,3篇证据总结,2篇系统评价,1篇专家共识,并从椎管内分娩镇痛选择时机的2个主题总结了11条最佳证据。结论:考虑科研结论、临床经验以及与孕产妇愿望相结合,将总结出的最佳证据应用于孕妇选择椎管内分娩镇痛时机的实施中,可以提升护理质量、提高孕产妇的满意度。

Objective:To evaluate and summarize the best evidence for pregnant women to choose the timing of intraspinal delivery analgesia.Methods:All the clinical decisions,clinical guidelines,evidence summary,expert consensus and systematic evaluation about the timing of labor analgesia were retrieved from the websites and databases of the Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,ScienceDirect,Up To Date,Australia Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Center Database,Guidelines International Network(GIN),Google academic,The retrieval time was from inception to December 2021 CNKI,WanFang Database,Yimaitong and other databases.The retrieval time was from inception to December 2021.Then evaluate the quality of documents and extract data,and extract evidence from documents that meet the quality standards.Results:A total of 8 articles that met the criteria were finally included,including 2 guidelines,3 evidence summaries,2 systematic reviews,1 expert consensus,and 11 best evidences were summarized from the two topics of the timing of intraspinal delivery analgesia.Conclusion:Considering the combination of scientific research conclusions,clinical experience and pregnant women′s wishes and then applying the summarized best evidence to the implementation of pregnant women′s choice of intraspinal delivery analgesia timing can improve the quality of nursing and maternal satisfaction.
