国内首个核电厂供热改造项目设备制造质量监督管理实践

Practice of Equipment Manufacturing Quality Surveillance Management of the First Heating Supply Project of Domestic Nuclear Power Plant

基于国内首个核电厂供热改造项目设备制造质量管理实践,本文提出了制造质量风险识别和管理、关键技术要求识别和监督落实、“新工艺”应用管理、提升见证监督有效性、同类设备经验反馈等一系列技术措施,并取得了良好的实施效果。主要设备的制造质量得到良好的控制,为项目的顺利实施提供了重要保障。同时总结分析了相关的工艺、试验问题,为后续类似项目的设计改进、工艺优化和质量提升打下扎实的基础。上述工作的实施填补了国内核电厂供热改造设备制造质量管理的空白,并进一步深化了对“核安全文化”内涵的认识。

Based on the equipment manufacturing quality management practice of the first heating supply project of nuclear power plant in China,this paper puts forward a series of technical measures,such as manufacturing quality risk identification and management,identification and supervision of key technical requirements,application management of "new process",improving the effectiveness of witness surveillance,experience feedback of similar equipment,and achieves good implementation results.The manufacturing quality of main equipment is well controlled,which provides an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of the project.At the same time,the relevant process and test problems are summarized,which lays a solid foundation for the design improvement,process optimization and quality improvement of subsequent similar projects.The implementation of the above work fills the gap of manufacturing quality management of heating transformation equipment in domestic nuclear power plants,and further deepens the understanding of the connotation of "nuclear safety culture".
