为了有效地消除铁矿石人工采制样误差,确保铁矿石样品检验的客观、准确,越来越多的港口开始建设机械采制样设备系统。铁矿石机械采制样设备是一个功能齐全的综合性设备系统。本文介绍了烟台港西港区铁矿石机械自动化采样、制样的工艺流程及设备功能特点,阐述了设备监造控制重点,列举了现场安装和调试过程出现的问题及解决措施,并对进口设备监理重点工作进行了说明。该采制样系统建成投产后运行状况稳定、良好,为后续类似的设备监理提供参考。

In order to effectively eliminate the error of manual sampling and preparation of iron ore and ensure the objective and accurate inspection of iron ore samples,more and more ports have begun to build mechanical sampling and preparation equipment systems.The iron ore mechanical sampling equipment is a comprehensive equipment system with complete functions.This paper mainly introduces the process flow and equipment function characteristics of automatic sampling and sample preparation of iron ore machinery in the West Port Area of Yantai Port,expounds the key points of equipment supervision and control,as well as the problems and solutions during onsite installation and commissioning.Key tasks are described.After the sampling and preparation system completed and put into production,the operation is stable and good,and it can provides reference for the follow-up similar equipment supervision.
