摘要
为适应现代轨道交通智能运维和全自动无人驾驶技术发展需求,地铁电动客车蓄电池作为轨道车辆重要设备,研发其在线监测系统十分重要。本文介绍了蓄电池在线监测系统的组成,对其实时状态监测、故障预测及报警、数据存储及通信、数据分析及应用等功能进行说明,通过建立完善的计算模型、试验验证,并对计算模型和相关参数进行优化,确保电池监测系统测试精度和应用效果,为研究开发该类系统提供了借鉴和参考。
In order to meet the development needs of modern rail transit intelligent operation and maintenance and FAM technology,as an important equipment of rail vehicles,it is imperative to develop its online monitoring system.This paper introduces the composition of the battery on-line monitoring system,and explains the functions of real-time state monitoring,fault prediction and alarm,data storage and communication,data analysis and application.By establishing a perfect calculation model,experimental verification,and optimizing the calculation model and related parameters,the test accuracy and application effect of the battery monitoring system can be ensured,which provides a reference for the research and development of this kind of system.
