摘要
Incoloy 825板焊丝堵管箱在制造中可采用高压真空电子束焊接(EBW)、手工电弧焊(SMAW)、埋弧焊(SAW)和氩弧焊(GTAW) 4种焊接方式。本文对管箱制造过程中的高压真空电子束焊接(EBW)技术要点和产生的问题做了总结,重点对管箱纵缝电子束焊接缺陷控制、返修等进行了描述和分析,并参考相关文献和经验总结,对产生的问题提出了一些预防措施。
High-voltage electron beam welding technology(EBW),SMAW,SAW,GTAW is applied to Incoloy825 tube box welded by plate.By summarizing the technical key points and problems of EBW in the manufacturing process of tube box,the article mainly describes and analyzes the control and repair of defects of EBW of tube box,and puts forward some preventive measures to the problems by referring to relevant literature and experience summary.
