不同水培处理对蕹菜生长的影响

摘要 以蕹菜为研究对象,对比不同水培处理对蕹菜生长的影响,筛选出适合的水培模式。结果表明,在同一营养液和管理模式下,营养液膜“A字架”处理的蕹菜净重和株宽最高,分别为45.79 g和38.70 cm;叶长、叶宽、叶柄长均最高,分别高出其他处理2.27%、28.31%和28.59%;根长和根域宽均较适中,株型偏向于健壮型。营养液膜单层平铺处理的茎粗和分支数最高,分别为26.19 mm和2.86个,根长较短,根域宽最高,株型偏向于矮壮型。深液流植物墙处理和气雾培处理的蕹菜各项性状较低,株型偏向于徒长型。可见采用营养液膜栽培模式更适合水培蕹菜的生长。 In this experiment,Ipomoea aquatica Forsk is used as the research material and the growth differences of Ipomoea aquatica Forsk under different hydroponic models are compared to screen the suitable one. The results showed that the net weight and plant width of Ipomoea aquatica Forsk treated with NFT“A-frame”structure were the highest under the same nutrient solution and management mode,reaching 45.79g and 38.70cm respectively. The leaf length,leaf width and petiole length were the highest,which are higher than other treatments by 2.27%,28.31% and 28.59% respectively. The root area length and width of plant were moderate and the plant type was also robust. The stem diameter and branch number of Ipomoea aquatica Forsk under NFT single-layer flat structure were the highest,which were 26.19mm and 2.86,respectively.The root length was shorter and the root area was the widest and the plant type was also short and robust. Ipomoea aquatica Forsk plant in the wall of DFT and aerosol culture grew worse,and the plant type was also overgrown. Therefore,NFT is more suitable for Ipomoea aquatica Forsk growth.
