边境旅游与兴边富民耦合协调研究——以广西三个边境市为例

Research on the Coupling and Coordination of Border Tourism and Prospering the Border and Enriching the People——A Case Study of Guangxi Three Border Cities

通过解析边境旅游和兴边富民耦合关系,构建二者耦合协调评价模型,以广西防城港、百色、崇左三个边境城市为例,分析其边境旅游与兴边富民耦合协调关系。研究表明,2010—2019年,广西边境地区边境旅游与兴边富民发展水平持续提升,但总体上仍处于低发展水平;边境旅游与兴边富民具有较强的耦合效应,受两个子系统综合发展数值影响较小,呈现低发展水平、高耦合度特征;边境旅游与兴边富民耦合协调度整体呈增长态势,从2010年的严重失调向2019年的优质协调转变。

By analyzing the coupling relationship between border tourism and prospering the border and enriching the people,a coupling coordination evaluation model of the two is constructed. Taking the three border cities of Fangchenggang,Baise and Chongzuo in Guangxi as examples,the coupling and coordination relationship between border tourism and the prosperity of the border and enriching the people is analyzed. The research shows that: from 2010 to 2019,the development level of border tourism and the development of border and enrichment of the people in the border areas of Guangxi continued to improve,but it was still at a low level of development in general;border tourism and the development of borders and enriching the people have a strong coupling effect,which is affected by the comprehensive development of the two subsystems.The numerical impact is small,showing the characteristics of low development level-high coupling degree;the coupling coordination degree between border tourism and the prosperity of the border and the people is on the rise as a whole,from a serious imbalance in 2010 to a high-quality coordination in 2019.
