摘要
新时代中国特色高水平高职院校建设与发展的关键是打造面向区域重点产业的高水平专业群。基于汕头职业技术学院的实证分析,建设高水平专业群的生态基础是校企共同建设专业群课程体系、教学资源、教学团队、实践创新平台和质量控制平台。具体为:打造系列课程模块进而深耕新形态一体化教材、线上线下混合式课程和教学资源库,坚持“外引内培”做好领军人才、骨干教师和高水平专兼职教学团队建设,与企业共同搭建具有地域特色的轻工智能装备技术共享实训平台和仿真平台,并不断完善质量标准和数据评价体系。在此基础上,建立基于成果导向和过程评价的专业群建设自我诊断与改进机制,进而带动职业教育改革持续深化,不断加强内涵建设,实现高质量发展。
The key to the construction and development of high-level higher vocational colleges in the new era Chinese characteristics is to build a high-level specialty cluster facing regional momentous industries. Based on the empirical analysis of Shantou Polytechnic,the ecology foundation of building a high-level specialty cluster is that schools and enterprises jointly build professional group curriculum system,teaching resources,teaching team,practice innovation platform and quality control platform. Through the construction of a series of curriculum modules,the new forms of integrated textbooks have been carefully compiled. Online and offline hybrid courses and teaching resource have also been built. Follow the principle of“external introduction and internal training”to build leading talents,key teachers and high-level full-time and part-time teaching team. The light industry intelligent equipment technology sharing training platform and simulation platform with regional characteristics are built together with enterprises. Quality standards and data evaluation system were further improved. On this basis,a self-diagnosis and improvement mechanism for specialty cluster construction based on results-oriented and process evaluation has been established,which further promotes the continuous deepening of vocational education reform,continuously strengthens connotation construction,and finally realizes high-quality development.
