作为城市发展的高级阶段,智慧城市的概念在近年来不断兴起。借助于物联网技术,实现更加全面的互通互联,使得信息的交换和共享更为便利,进而实现了更加高效、和谐、创新以及友好的类生命体。智慧城市的兴起不断满足了人们对于现代化城市的种种需求,体现了人类文明以及社会进步的最新方向,也是任何国家经济发展和城市化的必然选择。本文从智慧城市顶层设计的概念出发,介绍了智慧城市的含义以及智慧城市建设的必要性,通过分析国内智慧城市的实践,提出了智慧城市顶层规划设计思路和智慧城市顶层规划实践。

As an advanced stage of urban development,the concept of smart city has been emerging in recent years.With the help of the Internet of Things technology,a more comprehensive interconnection is realized,which makes the exchange and sharing of information more convenient,and thus realizes a more efficient,harmonious,innovative and friendly life-like body.The rise of smart cities continuously meets people’s needs for modern cities,reflects the latest direction of human civilization and social progress,and is an inevitable choice for economic development and urbanization in any country.Starting from the concept of top-level design of smart city,this paper introduces the meaning of smart city and the necessity of smart city construction.By analyzing the practice of smart city in China,it proposes the top-level planning and design ideas of smart city and the top-level planning practice of smart city.
