摘要 实时监测和预警管理是深远海浮式生产平台安全运营的重要安全保障措施。本研究针对作业于中国南海1500m水深陵水气田的“深海一号”半潜式生产储油平台,完成了平台性能预警管理系统研究,主要包括监测参数选取、阈值确定、警示发布、风险识别以及应对措施推荐等主要环节。区别于传统的单一绝对阈值设定方式,本系统提出并应用了基于实测的环境参数动态阈值确定方法。在软件实现上,基于预警管理系统的功能需求,搭建了系统框架,设计了数据库和核心分析模块逻辑结构,自主开发了一体化浮式平台总体性能预警管理系统软件,并将其安装于实际平台上进行示范应用。 Realtime monitoring and early warning management are essential to the safe operation of deepwater offshore production platforms.This study presented the research results for“Deep Sea No.1”Energy Station,a semisubmersible production and storage platform installed in Lingshui Gas Field in the South China Sea at a depth of 1500m,including selection of monitoring parameters,determination of thresholds,release of alert,identification of risks,and recommendation of response measures.Contrary to the traditional single absolute threshold setup,this study proposed a novel method to dynamically calculate the threshold based on the realtime monitored environmental data.Based on the functional requirements of the early warning system,a software framework was built,the database and main modules were designed,and the software was integrated and developed,which would be installed on an actual production platform for demonstration application.
