摘要 为了解当前氢的储存、运输以及安全可靠性的研究现状,对氢的储存和运输方案进行了深入的探讨,指出氢储存及运输系统风险和可靠性方面存在的问题和未来需要进行的研究,以期为氢的储存和运输、运行可靠性分析提供基础。分析表明,氢安全共同体的建设需要传感器、数据收集和预测等方面技术的共同进步,未来将实现安全方法的现代化,包括定量风险评价方法、蝴蝶结分析法和危险与可操作性分析,逐渐向动态风险评价方法迈进,形成完整的故障预测与健康管理技术。这些方法既能推进安全评估,又能使氢系统的维护和管理具有成本效益。 In order to understand the current research status of hydrogen storage, delivery and safety and reliability research related issues, the hydrogen storage and transportation scheme is deeply discussed, and the existing problems in the risk and reliability of hydrogen storage and transportation system and the future research need to be carried out are found out, and suggestions are put forward, so as to provide the basis for risk assessment and reliability analysis of safe and reliable operation of hydrogen in the future. The analysis shows that the construction of hydrogen safety community needs the common progress of sensor, data collection and prediction technology. In the future, the safety method will be modernized, including the classical quantitative risk assessment method, bow-ties method and HAZOP analysis, the dynamic risk assessment method will be gradually advanced, and a complete fault prediction and health management technology will be formed. These more modern methods can both advance safety assessments and enable cost-effective maintenance and management of hydrogen systems.
