昌景黄铁路高框架墩设计关键技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 首先分析了目前国内最高的铁路框架墩结构——南昌经景德镇至黄山铁路高达43 m框架墩的受力特点,并结合具体工点开展了双层框架墩方案与原方案的比较,最后通过有限元模型分析了双层结构方案的可行性。研究结果表明:(1)铁路框架墩以承受竖向荷载为主,其结构可以用输入基础刚度刚架模型进行模拟;(2)对于本工点而言,双层框架墩方案较原方案造价节省7%,并且更加安全、美观;(3)本工点采用放坡增大墩宽的方法可确保结构纵向刚度;(4)按照双层框架墩方案提出的结构尺寸及配束方案,横梁、墩柱运营工况及施工工况下各检算结果均满足《铁路桥涵设计规范》(TB 10002—2017)要求。 The loading feature of the highest frame pier structure 43 m in Nanchang-Jingdezhen-Huangshan Railway in China now is analyzed.Combined with the specific construction points,the double-layer frame pier scheme is compared with the original scheme.The feasibility of the double-layer structure scheme is analyzed through the finite element model.The research results show that(1)the railway frame pier is mainly to bear the vertical loads,and its structure can be simulated with the input foundation stiffness rigid frame model;(2)for this construction point,the double-layer frame pier scheme can save 7%of the cost,and is more safe and beautiful than the original one;(3)the method of grading to increase the pier width adopted in this construction point can ensure the longitudinal rigidity of the structure;(4)according to the structural dimensions and prestressing reinforcement scheme proposed by the double-layer frame pier scheme,various check and calculation results of the crossbeam and pier column under the operating conditions and construction conditions all meet the requirements of Code for Design of Railway Bridges and Culverts(TB10002-2017).
