摘要
排水工程中的有机物质在厌氧环境下可能产生甲烷(CH_(4))、硫化氢(H_(2)S)等气体。甲烷(CH_(4))、硫化氢(H_(2)S)均为可燃气体,在特定条件下有爆炸危险。围绕排水工程中气体防爆设计,通过对易燃易爆物质确定、第一次预防措施、释放源确定、危险区域划分、排水工程中常见的气体爆炸性环境、排水工程中部分场所气体防爆措施的探讨等论述,提出气体防爆设计的相关技术要点和建议。防爆技术措施应既合规、安全,又经济合理。
The organic materials in the drainage engineering may generate gases such as methane(CH_(4)) and hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S) in an anaerobic environment.Methane(CH_(4)) and hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S) are both flammable gases,which have the explosion hazard under the specified conditions.For the gas anti-explosion design in the drainage engineering,by determining the flammable and explosive materials,the first time of preventive measures and the release source,classifying the hazardous areas,and discussing the gas explosive atmosphere commonly in drainage engineering and the gas anti-explosion measures for some places of drainage engineering,the relevant technical essentials and suggestions for the gas anti-explosion design are put forward.The anti-explosion measures shall be compliant,safe,economic and reasonable.
