摘要 为了响应绿色建造及产业化施工的时代要求,预制拼装技术研究方兴未艾,但预制配装在给排水构筑物中的应用研究刚刚起步。安装精度的高低是影响给排水构筑物施工质量的关键因素,具体表现在外观、止水性、结构强度等方面。本研究依托上海市泰和水厂深度处理改造工程项目,通过现状调查找出影响装配式水池池壁安装精度的主要因素为垂直度偏差大。通过因素分析及要因确认,总结出导致垂直度偏差大的3条主要因素,分别为预留钢筋占位、斜撑精度不足及螺栓支撑体系强度不足。通过方案比选,制定行之有效的针对性措施,分别为调整配筋方案、选用专用支撑及调整支撑体系。经检查,对策实施后效果显著,安装精度得到很大提升。本研究采用的安装精度控制方法确保了装配式水池安装质量的优良率,达到了预期效果,可为以后类似项目的实施提供借鉴。 In order to respond to the requirements of the era of green construction and industrial construction,the research on prefabrication and assembly technology is in the ascendant,but the research on the application of prefabrication and assembly in water supply and drainage structures has just started.The installation accuracy is the key factor affecting the construction quality of water supply and drainage structures,which is embodied in the appearance,sealing performance,structural strength and the other aspects.Based on Shanghai Taihe Waterworks Advanced Treatment Reconstruction Project,the result of the status survey shows that the main factor affecting the installation accuracy of prefabricated tank wall is the large deviation of verticality.Through the factor analysis and essential factor confirmation,three main factors leading to the large verticality deviation are summarized.The three main factors are the reserved rebar space,insufficient diagonal bracing accuracy and insufficient bolt support system strength.Through the scheme comparison and selection,the effective targeted measures are formulated,i.e.adjusting the reinforcement scheme,selecting the special support and adjusting the support system.Through the inspection,the effect after the implementation of countermeasures is remarkable,and the installation accuracy had been greatly improved.The installation accuracy control method adopted in this study ensures the excellent rate of the installation quality of the prefabricated tank,and the expected effect is achieved,which can provide the reference for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
