较大高差相邻基坑同步施工工艺探索

摘要 针对某个上海软土地区的工业建筑,在施工厂房主体与相邻水池的基坑时,由于两个基坑存在较大的高差,设计围护形式不同,并且厂房与水池主体结构相连,施工过程中必须采取一系列措施才能确保质量、安全和工期。通过结合该项目的实际施工,分析了存在的问题以及可改进的措施,对于有较大高差、但又因结构相连而不能独立进行围护施工的基坑,对其同步施工工艺进行研究探讨,提出了一种同步施工工艺。 Aiming at an industrial building in a soft soil area of Shanghai,the design enclosure forms are different during the construction of the foundation pits of the main workshop and the adjacent tank because of the two foundation pits with the large altitude difference.Due to the workshop connected with the main structure of tank,a series of measures must be taken to ensure the quality,safety and construction period during the construction.Combined with the practical construction of this project,the existing problems and the measures able to be improved are analyzed.For the foundation pit with a large altitude difference,and not to be supported independently because of the structural connection,the synchronous construction technology is studied and discussed for its application.
