刘寿山骨伤推拿手法治疗肩周炎的止痛疗效及对肩关节活动范围

Clinical observation on treatment of 40 cases of periarthritis of shoulder by LIU Shoushan’s bone injury massage manipulation

目的 探究刘寿山骨伤推拿手法治疗肩周炎的止痛疗效及对肩关节活动范围。方法 选取2020年1月至2020年12月北京王府中西医结合医院推拿科与顺义区仁和镇卫生院中医科门诊收治的94例肩周炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组47例,其中14例因不能配合而未完成治疗,每组40例。治疗组采用刘寿山正骨推拿手法治疗,对照组采用临床常用手法治疗。比较两组后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、肩关节活动范围、日常生活能力、肌力、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后及随访时,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后及随访时,两组肩关节活动范围评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组日常生活能力、肌力评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论 刘寿山正骨推拿治疗肩周炎疗效显著,可提高痛阈,增强肌力,改善循环,扩大肩关节活动范围,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the analgesic efficacy of LIU Shoushan orthopedic massage manipulation in the treatment of frozen shoulder and the range of motion of the shoulder joint.Methods 94 with periarthritis of shoulder admitted to the Massage Department of Beijing Wangfu Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital and the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Renhe Town Health Center in Shunyi District from January 2020 to December were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 47 cases in each group,of which 14 cases did not complete the treatment due to incompatibility,and finally 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with LIU Shoushan’ s bone injury massage manipulation,and the control group was treated with common clinical manipulations.The posterior visual analogue scale(VAS) score,range of motion of shoulder joint,daily living ability and muscle strength scores,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment and during follow-up,the VAS of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment and during follow-up,the scores of range of shoulder joint motion in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the daily living ability and muscle strength scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion LIU Shoushan’ s bone injury massage manipulation has remarkable curative effect in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.It can improve the pain threshold,enhance muscle strength,improve circulation,and expand the range of motion of the shoulder joint,which is worthy of clinical application.
