老年冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者应用冠脉介入治疗的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of coronary interventional therapy in elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris

目的 观察老年冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者应用冠脉介入治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年3月至2019年2月本院收治的82例老年冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各41例。对照组采用药物保守治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用冠脉介入治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分及心血管事件发生率。结果 治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率为97.56%,明显高于对照组的80.49%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SAQ评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组心血管事件发生率为4.88%,明显低于对照组的19.51%(P<0.05)。结论 应用冠脉介入治疗老年冠心病不稳定性心绞痛,能进一步提升临床疗效,提升患者生命质量,减少心血管事件发生。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of coronary intervention in elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods 82 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris from coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the research group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received conservative drug treatment,while the study group received coronary intervention on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,seattle angina questionnaiire(SAQ) score before and after treatment,and the incidence of cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 97.56%,which was significantly higher than 80.49% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular events in the study group was 4.88%,which was significantly lower than 19.51% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Coronary intervention for elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can further improve clinical efficacy,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.
